Residential Health Professional

welcome!

We are looking for residential health professionals who are highly dedicated to improving quality of life for those with chronic ailments; and are eager to join a collaborative, disciplined staff and work environment. If you are pursuing a career in the healthcare industry, or are interested in improving the quality of life of patients with chronic medical conditions, you can gain valuable, hands-on experience with us: part-time or full-time. 1. We have to comply with the rules of the state of MN for homes like ours. One of those rules is that our employees must be at least 18 years of age. Are you?

2. Another rule from the State is that our employees have to be able to pass a criminal background check. Can you?

3. Also, our employees must be eligible to work in the US and be able to complete an I-9 form. Can you?

4. Our aides must be able to support our residents’ limbs during exercises. Can you lift up to 40 pounds?
